PDS Technical Services Safety Department - All injuries should be immediately reported to the Branch location and to Dean Myers (800) 270-4737 x 10159. First reports can be faxed to (800)-878-3499.

Reporting Procedure
Injuries no matter how slight must be reported to the PDS “On Site” Coordinator, or if one is not assigned, then to the local Branch Manager immediately. Injuries occurring during the scope of a contractor’s employment must be reported per the customer’s guidelines, but you are also required to make a report to PDS as quickly as possible. Please read and follow the PDS “Safety Code of Conduct” at all times. Remember your actions have a direct affect on not only your health and safety, but the health and safety of others. When asked to perform tasks, or repairs on any equipment that may pose a risk to the health and safety of yourself or others, you should contact the “Safety Hotline” at 1-866-528-9691 immediately, your call will be returned 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We hope that injuries will never occur, but please remember to always conduct yourself accordingly while on the job and follow the code of conduct as well as all other safety and reporting guidelines while on the job, or when accidents or on the job injuries occur.

If you have computer access you may also email all concerns and suggestions related to safety to safety@pdstech.com, these will be reviewed and answered directly to your email address.

If you do not have email access, or you are faced with a problem that requires immediate assistance 24 hours a day you may call 1-866-528-9691. This number will allow you to leave a message that will be responded to immediately.
