Julie Surley is the Director of Human Resources at PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. She started as an HR Administrator with PDS Tech Commercial in 2006 and advanced to HR Supervisor, Manager and then Director in 2018. Before joining PDS, she worked at Mercer, the world’s largest human resources consulting firm.
Julie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University and studied graduate level classes in Industrial Organization Psychology at the University of Texas in Arlington.
