We were founded by an Aerospace Engineer over 40 years ago, thus we have a high degree of institutional knowledge. This allows us to mitigate issues and leverage opportunities. Not only do we support a wide breadth of military and commercial aircraft, we also support the full lifecycle of the aircraft from development and final design, to project management and fabrication, system and structural modifications, on to maintenance, repair and overhaul. This background gives us a distinct advantage in the marketplace from a knowledge and resource perspective.

Attract and Retain Key Aerospace Resources

As a core competency, we have recruiters dedicated to the aerospace and defense industry focused on talent attraction. Aerospace and defense talent is scarce. Once a contractor is deployed on assignment, we focus on delivering excellent customer service to retain the resource long-term with the PDS organization. Many of our contractors stay with PDS for years and are redeployed on multiple assignments across many different customers.
